  • Philips Pressure Cooker (PPCHD2137)

Ingredients
  

  • 1600 gm Beras Jasmine
  • 500 gm Santan
  • 1600 gm Air
  • 2 btg Serai ditik
  • 5 sm Halia diketuk
  • 2 Daun Pandan disimpul
  • 2 Daun Salam
  • sdm Garam
  • 1 sdt Gula
  • 1 sdt Kaldu Jamur
  • EVCO optional

Instructions
 

  • Masukkan kesemua bahan2 kedalam inner pot, tutup PPC. Alihkan tombol VENT ke SEAL.
  • Guna miode STEAM dengan KPT 7 minit.
  • Selepas tamat tempoh masak, tekan CANCEL atau tekan swis OFF. Biarkan selama 10 minit.
  • Lepaskan wap/tekanan sehingga injap turun., Bukapoenutup dan gemburkan nasi. Nasi Lemak siap untuk dihidangkan.
