Steamed Asam Cod Fillet


  • 1 TM6


  • 3 pcs Cod Fillet
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 5 gm Tamarind paste
  • ¼ tsp Pink Salt
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • 5 pcs Cherry tomatoes cut halves
  • 4 pcs Ladys Finger cut diagonally
  • Some Laksa leaves


  • Mixed rempah, tamarind paste, salt & sugar.
  • Spread mspice mixture onto the fish. Add cut tomatoes, ladys finger and laksa leaves.
  • Steamed for at least 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
