Vegetable Pancake (Lempeng Sayur)

  • 1 pkt #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Chopped Tri-color Capsicum
  • 1 nos Onion chopped
  • 1-2 cups Water

Cili Garlic Dipping Sauce

  • 100 gm Chili Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 25 ml White vinegar or lime juice
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt & Sugar/Sugar substitute to taste


  • Heat a non-stick flat pan. Turn to a low heat Pour about half cup of the batter. Cooked for about 5 minutes. Then flip to the other side and cooked for another 3 minutes.
  • Repeat till all the batter finished.

Preparing the dipping sauce

  • Combined all the ingredients in a saucepan. Put it to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Reduced the sauce and adjust seasoning to preference.
