How To - Homemade "Sardine" (Pressure Cooked)

Ingredients

  • 1 KG Saba 9Atlantic Mackerel)
  • 1 tbs Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Cleaned and de-gut fish. Cut off the heads and tail then cut into halves,
  • Combined all ingredients in the inner pot. Close the lid, turn VENT to SEAL. Set mode to STEAM and pressure cooked for 1 hr 30 mins. Once over, allow the steam to be released before opening the lid.
  • Fish ready to be used or cosumed.

Notes

This will yield about 500 gm Fish Meat
