How to – Sambal Belacan

Sambal Belacan

  • 50 gm Red Chili
  • 25 gm Red Chili Padi
  • 10 gm Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
  • 4 nos Lime (extract the juice)
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Chopped into a fine paste or as preferred. Transfer to serving dish
