Savoury Bread Pudding with Beef Floss

  • Philips Air Fryer XXL


  • 4 slices White Bread break into pieces


  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbs Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Toasted Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil


  • 3 nos Egg
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Topping & Garnish

  • cup Beef Floss
  • 1 nos Red Chili sliced
  • ½ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbs Fried Shallot


  • Combined and soaked bread with ingredients A.
  • In a separate bowl llightly beat egg with salt (B).
  • Combine both A & B and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer batter into a greased baking pan. Then sprinkle with Beef Floss
  • Preheat AF at 180C for 3 minutes.
  • Place the baking pan into the AF and cover with an Aluminium foil. Baked for 15 minutes or till cooked (Tooth pick test)
  • Removed foil and further bake for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked pudding on a plate . Garnish with Chili, parsley and fried shallots.
  • Sliced and served.
