Mi Laksa Goreng Taucho
Rice Vermicelli with Fermented Beans
- 1 pkt (500 gm) Thick Rice Vermicelli (Laksa Noodle)
- 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 100 gm Beansprouts (cleaned)
- 100 gm Prawns (Heads off, skin off, tail on & cleaned)
- 2 tbs Fermented beans (tauchio) (Soaked for 10 mins, rinsed and drained)
- 3 nos. Eggs (made into omelette and sliced into strips)
- 10 pcs Cherry Tomato (cut into halves)
- 1 bunch Chives (cut, 2 cm lengthwise)
- 1 cup Water
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- In a wok, add #IbuSegalaRempah, Water. Get it boiling, add the prawn and tomato cherry. A quick stir.
- Toss in the noodle, and season to taste. Stir and mix noddle till well coated.
- Once almost dry, toss in the beansprouts and chives. Quick stir. Finally stir in the egg. Ready to be served.
