Rice Vermicelli with Fermented Beans

  • 1 pkt (500 gm) Thick Rice Vermicelli (Laksa Noodle)
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 100 gm Beansprouts (cleaned)
  • 100 gm Prawns (Heads off, skin off, tail on & cleaned)
  • 2 tbs Fermented beans (tauchio) (Soaked for 10 mins, rinsed and drained)
  • 3 nos. Eggs (made into omelette and sliced into strips)
  • 10 pcs Cherry Tomato (cut into halves)
  • 1 bunch Chives (cut, 2 cm lengthwise)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  1. In a wok, add #IbuSegalaRempah, Water. Get it boiling, add the prawn and tomato cherry. A quick stir.
  2. Toss in the noodle, and season to taste. Stir and mix noddle till well coated.
  3. Once almost dry, toss in the beansprouts and chives. Quick stir. Finally stir in the egg. Ready to be served.
