Skewerless Beef Satay


  • 250 gm Beef sliced thinly
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 tbs Ginger paste
  • 2 tbs Coriander Fennel Mixture
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbs Cooking Oil for frying


  • Combine all ingredients and leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes or over night.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry up the marinated meat till coked.
  • Served with Satay Peanut Sauce.
