Shrimp Pase (Hae Ko) Spicy Sauce


  • 5 pcs Red Cili Padi (Bird Eye) can add more if desire
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbs Shrimp Pate (Hae Ko.Petis)
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 tbs Lime juice
  • Salt & Sugar to taste


  • Pound Cili Padi & Garlic with a little salt into a paste.
  • Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mixed thoroughly.
  • Sauce is ready to be served with variety of fritters or fruit.
