Sambal Kicap (Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce)

  • 50 gm Red Chili
  • 25 gm Red Chili Padi
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 20 gm Kicap Manis
  • 10 gm Dark Soy Sauce
  • Sugar to taste


  • Combine all ingredients into a Food Processor.
  • Chopped until a fine paste or preferred. Transfer to a dipping bowl and its ready to be served.
