Cucur Ikan Bilis (Anchovy Fritters)
- 1 pkt (250 gm) #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
- 1 pc Large Onion (sliced or chopped)
- 1 fistful Anchovy (soaked, rinsed and drained)
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 2 pcs Red Chili or Cili Padi (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Combined and mixed all ingredients into a batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Scooped ` tbs spoon of the batter into the oil. Fry over a medium fire.
Fry till both sides asre golden brown. Removed and placed on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Served fritters on its own or with chili sauce.
