Vegetable Pancake (Lempeng Sayur)
- 1 pkt #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
- 2 nos Egg
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup Chopped Tri-color Capsicum
- 1 nos Onion (chopped)
- 1-2 cups Water
Cili Garlic Dipping Sauce
- 100 gm Chili Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 25 ml White vinegar or lime juice
- 2 cups Water
- Salt & Sugar/Sugar substitute to taste
Heat a non-stick flat pan. Turn to a low heat Pour about half cup of the batter. Cooked for about 5 minutes. Then flip to the other side and cooked for another 3 minutes.
Repeat till all the batter finished.
Preparing the dipping sauce
Combined all the ingredients in a saucepan. Put it to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Reduced the sauce and adjust seasoning to preference.
