Sate Ayam Goreng
Skewerless Chicken Satay
- 1 KG Chicken Leg B/L & S/L (Sliced thinly)
- 75 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 3 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tsp Coriander Fennel Mix
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Combined all ingredients (except for oil) in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight,
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the marinated chicken and stir.
- Allow it to cook and the juices as evaporated. Taste add seasonings if necessary. Remove cooked satay and serve with Satay sauce accompanied with cur cucumber, onion and rice.
