Skewerless Chicken Satay

Ingredients
  

  • 1 KG Chicken Leg B/L & S/L Sliced thinly
  • 75 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 3 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander Fennel Mix
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Combined all ingredients (except for oil) in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight,
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the marinated chicken and stir.
  • Allow it to cook and the juices as evaporated. Taste add seasonings if necessary. Remove cooked satay and serve with Satay sauce accompanied with cur cucumber, onion and rice.
