Ayam Goreng Berempah
- 1 Whole Chicken (Cut into 12 pieces)
- 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 3 tbs #TAGPakUsu
- 1 tbs Briyani Massala Powder
- 1 tbs Meat Curry Powder
- 2 tbs Coriander Fennel Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2 stalk Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon (juice)
- Salt if necessary
- A little water if necessary
- Mixed all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 3 hours in the fridge or overnight.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer. Fry till the chicken are cooked. Fried chicken can be eaten on its own or as as an accompaniment to a plate of rice.
