Ayam Goreng Berempah

  • 1 Whole Chicken (Cut into 12 pieces)
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 3 tbs #TAGPakUsu
  • 1 tbs Briyani Massala Powder
  • 1 tbs Meat Curry Powder
  • 2 tbs Coriander Fennel Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 stalk Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • Salt if necessary
  • A little water if necessary
  1. Mixed all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 3 hours in the fridge or overnight.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer. Fry till the chicken are cooked. Fried chicken can be eaten on its own or as as an accompaniment to a plate of rice.
