Buttermilk Waffle
Dry Ingredients
- 1 pkt #TAGPakUsu (250 gm) (Multi Purpose Flour)
- 69 gm Granulated Sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 500 gm Buttermilk
- 115 gm Melted Butter
- 3 nos Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Heat up Waffle maker.
In two (2) separate bowls mixed the dry and wet ingredients separately..
Next, pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well removing any clumps. Do not overmix
Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter on to the waffle mker. Close lid and allow waffle to cook.
Once cooked, removed waffle and allow it to set. Serve while they are warm.
