Buttermilk Waffle

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 pkt #TAGPakUsu (250 gm) Multi Purpose Flour
- 69 gm Granulated Sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 500 gm Buttermilk
- 115 gm Melted Butter
- 3 nos Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat up Waffle maker.
- In two (2) separate bowls mixed the dry and wet ingredients separately..
- Next, pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well removing any clumps. Do not overmix
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter on to the waffle mker. Close lid and allow waffle to cook.
- Once cooked, removed waffle and allow it to set. Serve while they are warm.
