Prawn * Pineapple Curry

Udang Masak Lemak Nenas

  • 500 gm Fresh Prawn (Deveined, skin on & marinate with a little salt)
  • 75 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 5 gm Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
  • 5 gm Pounded Candlenut
  • ½ nos Pineapple (cut into chunks)
  • ½ tsp Tamarind Paste
  • Water
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients except prawn into a pot. Put it to a boil till the pineapple becomes a little tender.

  2. Add in the prawns, Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.

  3. Udang Lemak Nenas or Prawn & Pineappple in Coconut Cream ready to be served
