Savoury Bread Pudding with Beef Floss

  • 4 slices White Bread (break into pieces)

(A)

  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbs Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Toasted Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil

(B)

  • 3 nos Egg
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Topping & Garnish

  • ⅓ cup Beef Floss
  • 1 nos Red Chili (sliced)
  • ½ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbs Fried Shallot
  1. Combined and soaked bread with ingredients A.

  2. In a separate bowl llightly beat egg with salt (B).

  3. Combine both A & B and mix thoroughly.

  4. Transfer batter into a greased baking pan. Then sprinkle with Beef Floss

  5. Preheat AF at 180C for 3 minutes.

  6. Place the baking pan into the AF and cover with an Aluminium foil. Baked for 15 minutes or till cooked (Tooth pick test)

  7. Removed foil and further bake for 5 minutes.

  8. Transfer cooked pudding on a plate . Garnish with Chili, parsley and fried shallots.

  9. Sliced and served.
