How To – Homemade "Sardine" (Pressure Cooked)

  • 1 KG Saba 9Atlantic Mackerel)
  • 1 tbs Salt
  • Water
  1. Cleaned and de-gut fish. Cut off the heads and tail then cut into halves,
  2. Combined all ingredients in the inner pot. Close the lid, turn VENT to SEAL. Set mode to STEAM and pressure cooked for 1 hr 30 mins. Once over, allow the steam to be released before opening the lid.
  3. Fish ready to be used or cosumed.

This will yield about 500 gm Fish Meat
