How To – Homemade "Sardine" (Pressure Cooked)
- 1 KG Saba 9Atlantic Mackerel)
- 1 tbs Salt
- Water
- Cleaned and de-gut fish. Cut off the heads and tail then cut into halves,
- Combined all ingredients in the inner pot. Close the lid, turn VENT to SEAL. Set mode to STEAM and pressure cooked for 1 hr 30 mins. Once over, allow the steam to be released before opening the lid.
- Fish ready to be used or cosumed.
This will yield about 500 gm Fish Meat
