How to Prepare Coriander Fennel Mix
Some of my recipes requiring the use of pounded Coriander seeds, Fennel seeds and Cumin seeds, to simplify my cooking I will prepare a batch of this spice mix and store them in air tight jar. It comes handy and cut down on preparing time.
- 200 gm Coriander seeds
- 100 gm Fennel seeds
- 100 gm Cumin seeds
- Combined all the three spices in a pan.
- With a low fire toast the spices. Toss or stir occasionally until they change colour slightly and you notice the aroma.
- Turn off the fire, transfer the spices into bowl to cool.
- Once cool, coarsely grind the spice mix and store them in an air tight jar.
