Sambnal Goreng #PDFriendly
- 1 Philips Air Fryer XXL (PAFXXL)
- 2 pcs Firmed Tofu or Taukwa (80 gm) cut into cubes
- 4 pcs Tempeh (2 packets) cut into cubes
- 10 pcs French Beans cut diagonally
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 2 nos Onion sliced thinly
- 2 nos Red Chili sliced diagonally & thinly
- 2 nos Green Cjhili sliced diagonally & thinly
- ½ tsp Tamarind paste
- 3 pcs Kaffir loime l;eaves
- 3 tbs Canola Oil
- ½ cup Water
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- In a mixing nbowl add the cut taukwa, tempe and 1 tabs of canola oil. Evenly coat the taukwa and tempeh.
- Airfry the taukwa & tempeh in a preheated airfryer at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Set aside when done.
- In a wok, heat up 2 tbs of Canola oil. SAUTE onion and chillies till soft.
- Stir in the french beans & lime leaves. Add water.
- Add #IbuSegalaRempah and tamartind paste. Mois well.
- Add the taukwa & tempeh. Mis well.
- Add about ⅛ tsp salt & ¼ tsp sugar or to taste. Mix well. Cook until liquid reduced to preferred consistency. Sambnal Goreng ready to be served.
