Macadamia Satay Sauc

This my 1st attempt and recipe for a CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) friendly dish. Unlike the usual satay sauce which uses peanut which is high in potassium. Macadamia nuts are know to be low in potassium.

Macadamia Satay Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Roasted Macadamia Nuts pounded
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • ½ tsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt & Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combied all ingredients in a saucepan. Put it to a boil. Then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the nuts expanded or until desired consistensauce for
  • Adjust seasoning. Served as satay sauce or as dressings to salad etc.
