Satay Sauce

  • 500 gm Peanut, skin on (Fried and pound coarsely)
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass (bruised)
  • 50 gm Gula Melaka
  • 1 tsp Tamarind paste
  • 500 ml Water
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Continue to simmer until peanut expands and sauce thickens. Seasoned to taste
