- 500 gm Peanut, skin on Fried and pound coarsely
- 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 1 stalk Lemongrass bruised
- 50 gm Gula Melaka
- 1 tsp Tamarind paste
- 500 ml Water
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring it to a boil.
- Continue to simmer until peanut expands and sauce thickens. Seasoned to taste
