Spicy Asam Tuna with Mashed Potato
Ingredients
Spicy Asam Tuna
- 6 cans Tuna in Water drained
- 200 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 2 jars Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 2 cans Sliced Mushroom drained
- Some chopped Laksa Leaves
Mashed Potato
- 2 kg Peeled Potatoes
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tspo White Pepper Powder
- 200 ml Milk
- 60 gm Butter
- Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese Optional
Instructions
Spicy Asam Tuna
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and set aside.
Mashed Potato
- Steam potatoes for 30 – 45 minutes or until tender.
- Transfer the hot potatoes into a separate mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper and mashed.
- Add in the butter and mixed into a smooth consistency.
- Preheat oven at 200℃
- Prepare 36 pieces aluminum muffin tins.
- Filled the tins with about 1 1½ tbs of the Spicy Asam Tuna.
- Cover the fillings with the mashed potatoes. Topped the mashed potatoes with some grated cheese.
- Baked in the oven for 15 minutes.
