Spicy Asam Tuna with Mashed Potato

Spicy Asam Tuna

  • 6 cans Tuna in Water (drained)
  • 200 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 2 jars Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cans Sliced Mushroom (drained)
  • Some chopped Laksa Leaves

Mashed Potato

  • 2 kg Peeled Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tspo White Pepper Powder
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 60 gm Butter
  • Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)

Spicy Asam Tuna

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and set aside.

Mashed Potato

  1. Steam potatoes for 30 – 45 minutes or until tender.

  2. Transfer the hot potatoes into a separate mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper and mashed.

  3. Add in the butter and mixed into a smooth consistency.

  4. Preheat oven at 200℃

  5. Prepare 36 pieces aluminum muffin tins.

  6. Filled the tins with about 1 1½ tbs of the Spicy Asam Tuna.

  7. Cover the fillings with the mashed potatoes. Topped the mashed potatoes with some grated cheese.

  8. Baked in the oven for 15 minutes.
