Sayur Asam (Pressure Cooked)
- 75 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 2 2 pcs Corn (Cut into chunks about 10 pieces)
- 4 pcs Longbeans (Cut 2 cm lengthwise)
- 1 pc Brinjal (Cut into chuks)
- 10 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Ground nuts (boiled till tendwer)
- 1 pc Anchovy stock cube
- 2 tbs Tamarind paste
- 1 tsp Pounded Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
- 100 gm Gula Melaka
- 3 Litres Water
- Bay leaves
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- In a stock pot add water & corn, put to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer till vegetables soften. Add seasoning to taste.
- Ready to be served.
