Sambal Belacan
Materials
- 50 gm Red Chili
- 25 gm Red Chili Padi
- 10 gm Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
- 4 nos Lime extract the juice
- Salt & Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Chopped into a fine paste or as preferred. Transfer to serving dish
