Sambal Petis
Shrimp Pase (Hae Ko) Spicy Sauce
- 5 pcs Red Cili Padi (Bird Eye) (can add more if desire)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbs Shrimp Pate (Hae Ko.Petis)
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water
- 2 tbs Lime juice
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- Pound Cili Padi & Garlic with a little salt into a paste.
- Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mixed thoroughly.
- Sauce is ready to be served with variety of fritters or fruit.
