Steamed Asam Cod Fillet

Ingredients
- 3 pcs Cod Fillet
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 5 gm Tamarind paste
- ¼ tsp Pink Salt
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 5 pcs Cherry tomatoes cut halves
- 4 pcs Ladys Finger cut diagonally
- Some Laksa leaves
Instructions
- Mixed rempah, tamarind paste, salt & sugar.
- Spread mspice mixture onto the fish. Add cut tomatoes, ladys finger and laksa leaves.
- Steamed for at least 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
