Steamed Asam Cod Fillet

- 3 pcs Cod Fillet
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 5 gm Tamarind paste
- ¼ tsp Pink Salt
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 5 pcs Cherry tomatoes (cut halves)
- 4 pcs Ladys Finger (cut diagonally)
- Some Laksa leaves
Mixed rempah, tamarind paste, salt & sugar.
Spread mspice mixture onto the fish. Add cut tomatoes, ladys finger and laksa leaves.
Steamed for at least 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
