Sweet & Sour Dory

For the Fish
- 500 gm Dory Fillet (cut into peces)
- 100 gm #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
- 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
- Cooking Spray or Cooking Oil
For the Sauce
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 4 tbs Tomato Paste or Puree
- ½ nos Yellow Onion (cut into chunks)
- Tri-Color Capsicum (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- Sugar to taste
For the Fish
Mix the mushroom seasoning with the flour.
Evenly coat the Dory with the flour.
Brushed oil or apply cooking spray to the Air Fryer basket.
Arranged the coated fish into the basket. Do not overlap.
Brushed a liitle oil or apply cooking spray on the fish. Then Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes flip over the fish and continue Air Frying for another 5 minutes. Arranged cooked fish on serving dish and set aside.
For the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except the vegetable. Mix well and put it to a boil.
Cooked until the sauce thickens a little.
Add in the vegetables. Cooked for about 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and pour the sauce onto the cooked dory.
