Sweet & Sour Dory

  • Philips Air Fryer XXL


For the Fish

  • 500 gm Dory Fillet cut into peces
  • 100 gm #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • Cooking Spray or Cooking Oil

For the Sauce

  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 4 tbs Tomato Paste or Puree
  • ½ nos Yellow Onion cut into chunks
  • Tri-Color Capsicum cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sugar to taste


For the Fish

  • Mix the mushroom seasoning with the flour.
  • Evenly coat the Dory with the flour.
  • Brushed oil or apply cooking spray to the Air Fryer basket.
  • Arranged the coated fish into the basket. Do not overlap.
  • Brushed a liitle oil or apply cooking spray on the fish. Then Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes flip over the fish and continue Air Frying for another 5 minutes. Arranged cooked fish on serving dish and set aside.

For the Sauce

  • In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except the vegetable. Mix well and put it to a boil.
  • Cooked until the sauce thickens a little.
  • Add in the vegetables. Cooked for about 2 minutes.
    Turn off the heat and pour the sauce onto the cooked dory.
