This moist and flavourful meatloaf blends our signature #IbuSegalaRempah with pantry staples and a hint of tomato for balance. It’s quick, light, and protein-packed — perfect for dialysis diets and small-batch cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 mg Minced Chicken
  • 1 tbs #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 2 slices White bread made into breadcrumbs
  • 1 nos Egg
  • 1 – 2 tbs Almond or Soy or Rice Milk
  • 1 tbs Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbs Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small loaf pan or shape into a loaf using foil or parchment.
  • Bake or air fry at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly golden.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
