This recipe is suitable for people undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).

Mini Chicken Meatloaf

This moist and flavourful meatloaf blends our signature #IbuSegalaRempah with pantry staples and a hint of tomato for balance. It’s quick, light, and protein-packed — perfect for dialysis diets and small-batch cooking.

  • Philips Air Fryer XXL
  • 200 mg Minced Chicken
  • 1 tbs #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 2 slices White bread (made into breadcrumbs)
  • 1 nos Egg
  • 1 – 2 tbs Almond or Soy or Rice Milk
  • 1 tbs Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbs Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a small loaf pan or shape into a loaf using foil or parchment.

  3. Bake or air fry at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly golden.

  4. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
