[Ayam Goreng BaNya)]
The inspiration for this recipe came about as today our Cooking & Sharing has a Peranakan theme.
Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken) BaNya
- 12 pcs Chicken Wings (Cut into 2 pieces)
- 200 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 2 tsp Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste
- 50 ml Lime juice
- 3 tsp Salt or to taste
- 3 tbs Sugar or to taste
- 1 Ginger Torch (Chopped finely)
- 4 Kaffir Lime leaves (Cut into fine strips)
- Combined all ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat Air Fryer at 180C, and air fried the chicken wings for 18 minutes
