Ayam Panggang Berempah (Spiced Roasted Chicken)

Ingredients
- 1 nos Whole Chicken about 1 KG cleaned
- 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 30 gm Bukhari spice mixed
- 1 tsp Chicken Seasonig optional
- 1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt or Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbs Honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combined all ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge
- Preheat oven at 180C. Bake the chicken for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Once time is up, remove chicken from oven and cover will aluminium foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
