Baby Shrimp Fritters (Geragau Goreng Telur)

  • 500 gm Dried Baby shrimp (Geragau) (Rinsed and drained)
  • 8 Egg
  • 4 tbs #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
  • 3 pc Red Chili Padi (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Spring Onion
  • Salt & White Pepper Powder to taste
  • Cooking oil for shallow frying
  1. In a mixing bowl, combined all ingredients except cooking oil., Mixed thoroughly into a loose batter.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Scoop about 2 tbs of the batter into the frying pan. Depending on the size of your pan, you can fry a few pieces at a go. Fry till they are golden brown.
  3. Removed and placed the fritters onto kitchen towel to drain excess oil. The fritters is ready to be served as a side dish or simply for snacking.
