Steamed Asam Cod Fillet

  • TM6
  • 3 pcs Cod Fillet
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 5 gm Tamarind paste
  • ¼ tsp Pink Salt
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • 5 pcs Cherry tomatoes (cut halves)
  • 4 pcs Ladys Finger (cut diagonally)
  • Some Laksa leaves
  1. Mixed rempah, tamarind paste, salt & sugar.

  2. Spread mspice mixture onto the fish. Add cut tomatoes, ladys finger and laksa leaves.

  3. Steamed for at least 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
