Sweet & Sour Dory

Equipment
- Philips Air Fryer XXL
Ingredients
For the Fish
- 500 gm Dory Fillet cut into peces
- 100 gm #TAGPakUsu (Season Flour Mixed)
- 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
- Cooking Spray or Cooking Oil
For the Sauce
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 4 tbs Tomato Paste or Puree
- ½ nos Yellow Onion cut into chunks
- Tri-Color Capsicum cut into chunks
- 1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
For the Fish
- Mix the mushroom seasoning with the flour.
- Evenly coat the Dory with the flour.
- Brushed oil or apply cooking spray to the Air Fryer basket.
- Arranged the coated fish into the basket. Do not overlap.
- Brushed a liitle oil or apply cooking spray on the fish. Then Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes flip over the fish and continue Air Frying for another 5 minutes. Arranged cooked fish on serving dish and set aside.
For the Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except the vegetable. Mix well and put it to a boil.
- Cooked until the sauce thickens a little.
- Add in the vegetables. Cooked for about 2 minutes.Turn off the heat and pour the sauce onto the cooked dory.
