Air Fried Spiced Chicken

  • 2 pcs Boneless Chicken Leg or Breast (Removed skin and cut into bite size xhunks)
  • 1 tbs #IbuSegalaRempah
  • ⅓ tbs Curry Powder
  • 1 tbs Lime juice
  • Salt ^ Sugar to taste (I used Stevia to substitute sugar)
  • Some Curry Lwaves
  1. Combined and mixed sll ingredients. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Arranged marinated chicken on the AF basket. Air Fry at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes.

  3. Casn be served with any rice or as fillings for wraps, pitta bread etc.
