Sate Goreng Kambing (AF Mutton Satay)

Sate Goreng Kambing

  • 250 gm Mutton (sliced)
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 tbs Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Fennel Mix
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  1. Combined all ingredients and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.



  2. Set PAFXXL to 160C, arrange marinated mutton in the air fryer and air fried for 6 to 8 minutes.



  3. Served with Sate Sauce, cut cucumber and red onion.
