Pickled Daikon with Apple Cider

  • 100 gm Sweet Pickled Daikon (Chye Poh) (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ nos Yellow Onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1 nos Red Chili Padi (roughly chopped)
  • 1 nos Green Chili Padi (roughly chopped)
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  1. Combined and mixed all ingredients at least 30 minutes before serving.
