Pickled Daikon with Apple Cider
- 100 gm Sweet Pickled Daikon (Chye Poh) (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ nos Yellow Onion (sliced thinly)
- 1 nos Red Chili Padi (roughly chopped)
- 1 nos Green Chili Padi (roughly chopped)
- ¾ tsp Salt
Combined and mixed all ingredients at least 30 minutes before serving.
