Ayam Panggang Berempah (Spiced Roasted Chicken)

  • 1 nos Whole Chicken about 1 KG (cleaned)
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 30 gm Bukhari spice mixed
  • 1 tsp Chicken Seasonig (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt (or Juice from 1/2 a lemon)
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • Salt to taste
  1. Combined all ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge

  2. Preheat oven at 180C. Bake the chicken for 45 to 50 minutes.

  3. Once time is up, remove chicken from oven and cover will aluminium foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
