Sambal Kicap (Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce)
- 50 gm Red Chili
- 25 gm Red Chili Padi
- 1 clove Garlic
- 20 gm Kicap Manis
- 10 gm Dark Soy Sauce
- Sugar to taste
Combine all ingredients into a Food Processor.
Chopped until a fine paste or preferred. Transfer to a dipping bowl and its ready to be served.
