Kerutuk Hati (Liver)

  • 250 gm Liver (sliced about half CM.)
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 pkt (24 gm) Rempah Kerutuk Adabi
  • 2 tsp Chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt or/and Sugar to taste
  1. Mixed #IbuSegalaRempah and Rempah Kerutuk into a paste. Add the paste into a frying pan, over a low heat, Add a little water, at a time if necessary.
  2. Allow the sauce to simmer, add a little water if necessary. Add in the stock powder and stir.,
  3. Next add in the lover, stir for about 2 minutes or until liver is cook through. Taste and add seasoning as preferred. Dish is ready to be served with steamed rice or any kind of bread.
