Kerutuk Hati (Liver)
Ingredients
- 250 gm Liver sliced about half CM.
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 1 pkt (24 gm) Rempah Kerutuk Adabi
- 2 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt or/and Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Mixed #IbuSegalaRempah and Rempah Kerutuk into a paste. Add the paste into a frying pan, over a low heat, Add a little water, at a time if necessary.
- Allow the sauce to simmer, add a little water if necessary. Add in the stock powder and stir.,
- Next add in the lover, stir for about 2 minutes or until liver is cook through. Taste and add seasoning as preferred. Dish is ready to be served with steamed rice or any kind of bread.
