Mee Laksa Goreng Daun Selasih
Fried Rice Noodle with Thai Sweet Basil
- 500 gm Thick Rice Noodle (Laksa)
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 100 gm Beansprouts (trimmed)
- 2 pcs Large Fish Cake (sliced)
- 10 pcs Cherry Tomatoes (halves)
- 50 ml Fish Sauce
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 pcs Red Onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp Thai Ground Chilli
- 1 bunch Thai Sweet Basil
- 3 tbs Cooking Oil
- Sugar to taste
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add in chopped garlic and saute till fragrant about 1 minute.
- Add in sliced onion and fish cake. Saute till onion soften.
- Add i n #IbuSegalaRempah. Stir briefly.
- Add rice noodle, stir in the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar to taste. Stir and mix well.
- Add in the ground chilli. Stir briefly.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes, beansprouts and Thai Sweet Basil leaves. Turn off the heat and do a quick stir.
- Noodle ready to be served with choice of egg etc.
