Spiced Chicken Fillet

This kidney-friendly chicken dish is rich in flavour and protein, making it a perfect main for dialysis patients. Marinated with a fragrant blend of spices and your homemade #IbuSegalaRempah, then air-fried for a crispy finish without excess oil. It’s a lighter, healthier twist on traditional fried chicken, with reduced phosphorus and sodium—ideal as part of a wholesome, balanced meal.

  • 8 Chicken Fillet (about 800 gm)
  • 25 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp toasted spice mix ((coriander, fennel & cumin seeds coarsely ground))
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp Lakanto (monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil
  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with all ingredients until evenly coated. Marinate for 30 minutes

  2. Place chicken fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  3. Air-fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
