Spiced Chicken Fillet

It’s a lighter, healthier twist on traditional fried chicken, with reduced phosphorus and sodium—ideal as part of a wholesome, balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Fillet (about 800 gm)
- 25 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp toasted spice mix (coriander, fennel & cumin seeds coarsely ground)
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp Lakanto (monk fruit sweetener)
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with all ingredients until evenly coated. Marinate for 30 minutes
- Place chicken fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
