Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis ISR
Anchovy Fried Rice ISR
- 500 gm Cooked Rice
- 50 gm #IbuSega;aRempah
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Anchovy stock powder
- 1 tsp Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
- 2 tbs Cooking Oil
- 2 tbs Fried Anchovy
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- Chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)
- Heat oil in the wok. Crack in the eggs. Stir.
- Add in rice, stir and mix well.
- Add in #IbuSegalaRempah, Anchovy powder & Toasted belacan. Stir and mix well.
- Just before turning off the heat, toss in the Fried Anchovy and chopped cilantro. Turn off heat and stir.
Serving suggestion: Served with favourite fried chicken and Acar
