Air Fried Egg Loaf
- 3 nos Egg
- ½ nos Onion (sliced)
- ½ tsp Roasted Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Thai Chili Flakes
- Salt to taste
Combined all ingredients im a bowl and whisk till well incoporated.
Pur mixure into loaf "tin" Air Fried at 160C for 10 minutes.
Sliced and garnished with a little chopped parsley & fried shallots.
