Ingredients
  

  • 8 Chicken Fillet (about 800 gm)
  • 25 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp toasted spice mix (coriander, fennel & cumin seeds coarsely ground)
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp Lakanto (monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with all ingredients until evenly coated. Marinate for 30 minutes
  • Place chicken fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
