- 200 mg Minced Chicken
- 1 tbs #IbuSegalaRempah
- 2 slices White bread made into breadcrumbs
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 - 2 tbs Almond or Soy or Rice Milk
- 1 tbs Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbs Chopped Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste optional
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a small loaf pan or shape into a loaf using foil or parchment.
Bake or air fry at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly golden.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
