Anchovy Fried Rice ISR


  • 500 gm Cooked Rice
  • 50 gm #IbuSega;aRempah
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Anchovy stock powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
  • 2 tbs Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbs Fried Anchovy
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
  • Chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)


  • Heat oil in the wok. Crack in the eggs. Stir.
  • Add in rice, stir and mix well.
  • Add in #IbuSegalaRempah, Anchovy powder & Toasted belacan. Stir and mix well.
  • Just before turning off the heat, toss in the Fried Anchovy and chopped cilantro. Turn off heat and stir.


Serving suggestion: Served with favourite fried chicken and Acar
