Anchovy Fried Rice ISR

Ingredients

Anchovy stock powder

Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)

Cooking Oil

tbs
Fried Anchovy
Salt & Sugar to taste
Chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)
Instructions
Heat oil in the wok. Crack in the eggs. Stir.
Add in rice, stir and mix well.
Add in #IbuSegalaRempah, Anchovy powder & Toasted belacan. Stir and mix well.
Just before turning off the heat, toss in the Fried Anchovy and chopped cilantro. Turn off heat and stir.

Serving suggestion: Served with favourite fried chicken and Acar
