Ayam Panggang Berempah (Spiced Roasted Chicken)

  • Convectional Oven


  • 1 nos Whole Chicken about 1 KG cleaned
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 30 gm Bukhari spice mixed
  • 1 tsp Chicken Seasonig optional
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt or Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • Salt to taste


  • Combined all ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge
  • Preheat oven at 180C. Bake the chicken for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Once time is up, remove chicken from oven and cover will aluminium foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
